About the Role
Provides lead system administration support for the myAccess application. Participates in application testing, troubleshooting and project support.
Responsible for training less experienced personnel and preparing and maintaining all related training and procedural documentation.
Provide second level of myAccess support for difficult and critical system requests including troubleshooting. Work with Role Engineering and/or Provisioning team(s) to troubleshoot requests or issues.
Make appropriate recommendations to enhance myAccess functionality and efficiency, inclusive of the Role Engineering and Provisioning teams.
Maintain a solid understanding of SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley Act) key controls and ensure adherence to them.
Keep current on changes impacting the myAccess application. Provide guidance to Role Engineering and Processing teams on application changes.
Work closely with Technicians to assist in testing application patches and vendor releases.
Maintain an understanding of combined project methodology.
Adhere to department confidentiality as it applies to Identity Access Management (IAM) provisioning and/or related projects.
Participate and complete projects as assigned, including those acquisition-related. Lead medium to large projects impacting the application.
Assist in audit remediation efforts, system access clean-up efforts, and analysis of inappropriate access rights.
Lead monthly team project meetings.
Understand and adhere to the Company's risk and regulatory standards, policies and controls in accordance with the Company's Risk Appetite. Identify risk-related issues needing escalation to management.

Maintain M&T internal control standards, including timely implementation of internal and external audit points together with any issues raised by external regulators as applicable.
Complete other related duties as assigned.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Combined minimum of 6 years higher education and/or work experience, including a minimum of 4 years Identity & Access Management experience.
Pertinent application experience.
Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
Excellent management reporting skills.
Proficiency with pertinent spreadsheet software.
